(1) If the rotation of the rotary lock is not flexible or in place during the use of the spreader, check and adjust the adjusting nut, and then check other parts. (2) During use, the paint on the indicator board of the spreader shall be prevented from falling off. (3) Clean and apply lubricating oil or grease, especially at the bend of wire rope. (4) The main stressed components, rings, rotary locks, padeyes and rigging shackles shall be inspected at least once every 3 months under normal use and cleaning conditions, without cracks and serious deformation. (5) All oil cups, including the oil cup of ratchet mechanism, the oil cup on the sliding bearing seat and the oil cup of the rotary lock box, shall be filled with lubricating oil at the main movable joints according to the service conditions. (6) Frequently check whether the rope clip is loose and whether the buffer spring is over stretched. (7) Each lifting appliance shall not exceed the rated lifting capacity, and the buffer spring shall not be overstretched. (8) Prevent collision and deformation during lifting.
